We hire slowly and for temperament. Both new partners bring two decades of experience across private and public markets, but it was their patience under pressure — not their résumés — that convinced us.

Brookmere remains intentionally small. A focused team holding a focused book is not a constraint we tolerate; it is the design. Adding the right people, rarely, is how the design endures across generations.
